Associate Attorney
Zach’s practice encompasses multiple areas of employee benefits with a primary focus on ESOPs, ERISA, executive compensation, and corporate tax issues. In addition to ensuring that his clients’ business planning complies with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, Zach makes it a point to present the legal issues in understandable terms and find solutions that align with a client’s objectives.
At Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, Zach was a Fellow in the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law, a member of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law, and the recipient of the Scott H. Racine Award for Excellence in Taxation.
Zach completed his LL.M. in Taxation at New York University School of Law.
